The job went to whoever picked up.

Nobody leaves a second voicemail. They call the next number on the list and book with them instead.

Watch it take a job you’d have lost.

  1. Incoming
    01

    It rings at 7:48pm.

You're on a roof with a torch in your teeth. Fourth call today you couldn't take.

  2. Answered
    02

It picks up on the second ring.

No hold music, no phone tree. It says your company name the way you say it.

  3. Qualifying
    03

It works out what they need.

Water heater, dead since morning, twenty minutes from your yard. It asks what you'd have asked.

  4. Booked
    04

It puts them on Tuesday morning.

Tuesday, nine to eleven, window agreed. You find out by text on the drive home.

How it gets built

Three steps, and about two weeks start to finish.

  1. We listen to a week of your calls

Real ones. How you answer, what you quote, which jobs you turn down.

  2. We write what it says

Your words, your prices, your service area. You sign off before it picks up.

  3. We point your number at it

After-hours only, or every ring. You decide which calls it takes.

If a voice agent is wrong for how you run jobs, the audit will say so.

No account manager, no handoff. I take a few of these at a time because the setup decides whether it works.

FAQ

Which businesses do you work with?

Service businesses that live on inbound calls. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, drain, garage door. The pattern holds anywhere a missed call is a lost job.

How long until it's live and answering?

About two weeks. A week listening to real calls, a few days writing and testing what it says, then we point your number at it.

What does it cost?

The audit is free. After that you get a setup fee and a monthly in writing, based on your call volume and how much you want it to handle. No tiers on this page, because they'd be wrong for most people.

What happens when it can't handle a call, or books the wrong slot?

It says a person will call back, takes the details, and texts them to you. It doesn't guess. If it books a slot you can't make, move it in your own calendar and the customer gets told.

Will callers know it isn't a person?

It answers with your company name and says it's the assistant if anyone asks. It doesn't pretend to be you. Most callers want a time and a rough price, and they get both in under two minutes.

Stop carrying the on-call phone to your kid’s games.

No pitch deck. You keep the report either way.
